Who are the best underground hip hop artists?

I would like to know who people think are the best underground hip hop
artists. Now, my other question got bastardized in its first answer
because, people named those with current recording deals and/or
independents who have moved tens-of-thousands of units. That is NOT an
underground artist. Feel free to add any artist that you think is an
stand-out in your given city!
