movie from my childhood: what is this movie? it had this bat and a bear in it?

there was a bat and a bear (i think a bear) and all i remember is the
bat and bear, and i think some song towards the beginning of the movie
that menchons witchs or stealing children... it was definetly
animated. please help i used to LOVE this movie but i dont know what
it was called!
