Can you help me find a song?

It has been SO incredibly long that I have no real guide as to what I
am looking for, so any suggestions would be WELL appreciated!

I am looking for a song more than 4 years old. It is a trance song by
a female vocalist. It is a VERY slow trance song, and has a soft
female vocalist singing (which sounds like the band Delerium, but it
isn't them), and it is about a dream she had, and is almost like a
story-telling. It involves cities crumbling and MAY involve aliens?
It sounds like it could almost be an anime, though the majority (if
not all) of it is in English.
