when does "moderate impact course language" turn into "strong impact course language"?

i was sorting out my CDs thismorning, and saw on one of my CDs
"moderate impact course language", then on another CD there was
"strong impact course language" then on another CD there was
"parental advisory" and on another it said "18+"....whats the
difference between them all??? content wise....
