Real Life Alum Sues MTV, Bunim-Murray Productions and Castmates for Sexual Assualt
Tonya Cooley Real Life alum Tonya Cooley has filed a suit against MTV, Bunim-Murray Productions and former castmates Kenneth Santucci and Evan Starkman alleging sexual assault, based on Entertainment Weekly. In the court documents acquired EW, Cooley stated that they was sexually attacked by Santucci and Starkman while filming The Real Life/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins last year which producers didn't do anything to prevent it. She stated following a evening of heavy consuming, the happy couple of males declined to allow her retire for the night. The suit claims that Santucci squirted product on Cooley's mind which Starkman wouldn't forget about her. At that time, Cooley stated she given out on the ground, however the activity didn't stop. The next morning, "she observed she was sore in her own vagina coupled with lacerations/rash like abrasions." Cooley was told to go home the following day for slapping another contestant. Cooley, who's seeking unspecified damages, is suing for 14 counts of sexual harassment, discrimination, assault, battery and negligence. MTV and Bunin-Murray didn't have comment for EW. Cooley, 31, first made an appearance on MTV for Season 11 from the Real Life. She continued to sign up in eight from the Real Life/Road Rules challenge spin-offs.
